Vision & Values
There are desert places in every person’s life. Places that are dry, places that in spite all your efforts seem to remain cracked and broken.
Our desire is to help you find the desert places in your life and offer opportunities for you to encounter true rest, a new rhythm of life and find healing. As we walk this journey out together, you will discover true freedom from the systems of the world and encounter a new way, a new rhythm, a new lifestyle of wholeness.
We will create a safe place for conversations, allowing us to share struggles, find hope, develop authentic relationships, and encourage one another on the journey.
Bryan and Diane Schwartz have never shied away from hard work and a big challenge. Having had a successful NFL career, Bryan knows the dedication required to reach and succeed at the highest level. He understands what it takes to overcome obstacles and achieve seemingly impossible dreams. This understanding, combined with a God-given tenacity, has equipped Bryan to be a catalyst for breakthrough in the lives of others when coaching, counseling, and ministering. Through his life and ministry, Bryan has impacted high school, college, and professional athletes, along with politicians, pastors, actors, musicians, moms, and dads.
Bryan is quick to point out that his greatest achievement is being a successful husband to his wife, Diane, and father of his seven children. As Bryan’s proud wife and the leader and teacher of her seven children, Dianne’s strengths pull from her life experience as well. She was an All-American two-sport college athlete and an honors Biology, Pre-Med major at Augustana University. She has taken the discipline required in those early academic years and has since applied it to all areas of her life. Although she has partnered with Bryan in church planting and ministry for over 15 years, her real passion is walking with couples and moms towards breakthrough and restored hope in the influential but often neglected arena of the home. There is no situation that she doesn’t believe can be healed and restored.
Out of their unique experiences within the sport, ministry and family worlds, Bryan and Dianne founded Family on the Frontlines. Through Family on the Frontlines, they both provide counseling, consulting, podcast, and curriculum to change the lives of families. Their desire is to take their life experiences and help families develop a game plan that will empower them to reach their fullest potential in life, marriage and family.
